About me
Nikaela has been working in the health and wellness industry for almost four years. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Myotherapy) from Endeavour College of Natural Health as well as a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science, majoring in Exercise Physiology from Deakin University.
With a strong foundation in both Manual Therapy and Exercise Science, Nikaela takes an integrated and evidence-based approach to treatment. She is passionate about helping people feel strong, move well, and recover better- whether that means managing pain, improving mobility, or optimising performance.

At Baseline Myotherapy & Recovery, Nikaela provides specialised care for women during pregnancy and after childbirth. She is passionate about supporting clients through all stages of the pre- and postnatal journey, helping them move safely, recover effectively, and feel their best.
Her services include gentle, tailored myotherapy treatments designed to address common pregnancy and postpartum issues, such as lower back pain, pelvic discomfort, and muscular tension.
Nikaela also offers C-section scar release therapy, helping to improve tissue mobility, reduce adhesions, and support recovery. These treatments can aid in restoring comfort, strength, and function, empowering new mothers to regain confidence in their bodies after surgery.
